Southside Mall

Nestled at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Southside Mall is located in the City of the Hills, Oneonta, NY. There are 35 stores and services available to our shoppers including Bed Bath & Beyond, JC Penney, Office Max, Applebee's and many others. On average, the Southside Mall attracts over 2 million patrons annually.

Southside Mall is a community oriented shopping center which hosts an array of community driven events throughout the year, including a Health and Wellness Expo, Business and Technology Expo, a mall-wide Safe Trick-or-Treating event for children and many more. We encourage local organizations to set up fundraising events to heighten awareness of their causes.

The Southside Mall is open Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
